Selected grapes from Can Almirall estate in the Alt Penedès region (Catalonia, Spain), at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level.
Vinification:
Without skin-maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and only the flower must is extracted. It ferments in stainless steel tanks at 17º C.
